We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: Delivery charges (PKR 140) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
